Sun Communities completed the acquisition of Park Holidays UK for $1.3bn.

Sun Communities, a REIT, completed the acquisition of Park Holidays UK, the second largest owner and operator of holiday communities in the UK, for $1.3bn. “Park Holidays is thrilled to be joining the Sun Communities team.
