CVC Capital Partners to acquire a 10% stake in Public Power for €344m.

CVC Capital Partners, a British private equity and investment advisory firm, agreed to acquire a 10% stake in Public Power, the largest generator and supplier of electricity in Greece, for €344m. PPC is rapidly transforming into a modern and green energy provider and CVC Strategic Opportunities II's investment will go towards supporting this process. CVC StratOps II participated in the PPC capital raise as the largest cornerstone investor acquiring a 10% stake.
