Flora Growth completed the acquisition of Vessel Brand for $30m.

Flora Growth, a manufacturer and distributor of global cannabis products and brands, completed the acquisition of Vessel Brand, a company in cannabis consumer technology, for $30m. “We are looking forward to formally joining the Flora team and supporting their vision of becoming a global leader in plant-based health and wellness.
