Everbridge, an enterprise software company, completed the acquisition of Anvil Group, a London-headquartered dedicated Travel Risk Management solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This is a strong statement of intent from Everbridge, the latest turn in a comprehensive pattern of acquisitions; witness Everbridge’s May 2021 acquisition of xMatters, to bolster IT and digital risk offerings.
