Astorg-backed IQ-EQ completed the acquisition of Greyline Partners.

Astorg-backed IQ-EQ, a investor services group, completed the acquisition of Greyline Partners, a provider of governance and regulatory compliance solutions for PE, VC, Hedge funds and investors.
