Intel to acquire RemoteMyApp from Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder, MCI Capital oraz Telekom Innovation Pool.

Intel, a firm that designs, manufactures, and sells computer components and related products, agreed to acquire RemoteMyApp, a developer of mobile gaming applications, from Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder, MCI Capital oraz Telekom Innovation Pool. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We acquired  RemoteMyApp  for its leading team of  cloud  services  designers and engineers, and we are excited to welcome the  RemoteMyApp team to Intel,” Intel Spokesman.
