SEGIPSA completed the acquisition of Rio55 from AEW for $63m.

SEGIPSA, an entity dependent on the Ministry of Finance, completed the acquisition of Rio55, a business park located on the banks of the Manzanares, from AEW, a real estate investment manager, for $63m. Located on Calle Paseo de Virgen del Puerto 55, next to the Google Campus, this complex was launched with the idea of ​​being the headquarters of large corporations, but two years after its construction it still remains empty. Now, it will pass into the hands of the State.
