KKR-backed Atlantic Aviation, a firm that manages a network of fixed-based operations providing services for general aviation aircraft owners and pilots, completed the merger with KSL Capital-backed Ross Aviation, an operator of a portfolio of fixed base operators. KSL Capital Partners joins KKR as a significant minority investor in the combined company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Increased diversification will further position us as a leading operator of aviation infrastructure at a critical moment for our company as we invest in enhancements across our network to better serve our customers.
