PFF Group to acquire Sirap UK.

PFF Group, an independent food packaging manufacturer, agreed to acquire Sirap UK, a manufacturer of thermoformed rigid plastic food packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re delighted with the acquisition of Sirap UK which allows us to combine two long-standing and highly regarded businesses in the packaging sector," Kenton Robbins, PFF Managing Director.
