EDBI, White Star Capital and Jungle Ventures led a $25m Series A funding round in Sleek.

EDBI, White Star Capital, an investment firm, and Jungle Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital firm, led a $25m Series A funding round in Sleek, a provider of online corporate services. The new capital will be used to bolster technology and product development, ramp up its headcount, expand its presence in existing markets and enter new markets, including Australia and the UK. On December 17, 2021, Sleek announced extended its Series A funding round to $25m. “With digitalisation becoming increasingly critical for small and medium size enterprises, Sleek’s one-stop digital platform addresses a common pain point for entrepreneurs and business owners looking to digitalise corporate secretarial, accounting and finance functions in a simple and cost-effective manner.
