Evolutio completed the acquisition of Warpcom.

Evolutio, a Spanish multinational company specialized in the integration of cloud services, completed the acquisition of Warpcom, an Iberian ICT company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to have such a strongly consolidated partner in the neighboring country to grow and advance our ambition of becoming the main technological partner of Spanish and Portuguese companies with a global dimension.
