EdulinX completed the acquisition of ALC Education.

EdulinX, a firm operating in the in education and technology industry, completed the acquisition of ALC Education, a training service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. EdulinX will leverage the synergies that both companies share as well as the business foundation that ALC Education has built over the years and EdulinX’s strength as a cutting-edge EdTech solutions company to maximize the customer learning experience.
