Italmobiliare, an investment holding company, completed a $42m investment in Bene Assicurazioni, a provider of insurance products and services. “With this transaction, Italmobiliare has further expanded its portfolio of investments in diversified sectors, investing in medium-sized Italian companies showing high growth rates supported by competitive advantages in terms of technology and know-how.
