Pierer, a manufacturer of powered two-wheelers, completed the acquisition of Felt Bicycles, a bicycle brand, from Rossignol, a producer of ski equipment. Founded in 1991, Felt is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance bicycles. Headquartered in Rancho Santa Margarita, California with distribution facilities in the US, Canada and France, Felt bicycles are sold through specialty bicycle shops and distributors across 37 countries around the globe. The brand’s current portfolio consists of 70 high-performance models across its core categories of road, triathlon and gravel.
