The Equity Club to acquire HSA.

The Equity Club, an investment firm, agreed to acquire HSA, a provider of a clean and healthy skincare and hair care products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The objective of the operation is to establish one of the most important Italian beauty centers for a complete, integrated and distinctive offer on the international market.
