Castillo completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Ramafrut.

Castillo, a Spain-based holding company, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Ramafrut, a producer and distributor of fruits and vegetables. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of the transaction, Grupo Castillo acquired from certain financial institutions its credit against Ramafrut, in order to become its sole creditor.
