Orenes to acquire Franco Recreational.

Orenes, a firm engaged in gambling sector, agreed to acquire Franco Recreational, a manufacturer of gaming machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. As a result, Recreativos Franco will become part of the consolidation perimeter of Orenes, although it will continue to retain its brand, according to sources from the Murcian company, which will continue to bet on the production of B machines and software development. It will also continue to have its head office in Madrid and will maintain its current management team, which is now joined by Orenes.
