AAON, a manufacturer of HVAC products, completed the acquisition of BasX Solutions, a manufacturer of data center cooling solutions, cleanroom systems, custom HVAC systems and modular solutions, for $200m. “This is a significant milestone in our Company’s history, and we are pleased to formally welcome the BasX Solutions family to AAON.
