Transition Evergreen, an investment fund, Eiffel Investment Group, a French asset management company, and Evergaz, a major player in anaerobic digestion in France, completed the acquisition of C4 Energie, a biogas service provider with commercial and operational plant management and own installed base in Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed.
