Eurazeo-backed Groupe Premium, an insurance broker, completed the acquisition of a stakr in Leone Kapital and i-Kapital, two wealth management comapnies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Following on from the 6 letters of interest announced last September for Groupe Premium, I am particularly proud to announce today these 2 firm signatures with i-Kapital and Leone Kapital which constitute a major step forward for the development of our Group. These two new acquisitions of entrepreneurial wealth management companies are above all choice meetings with Yoni Kabalo and Benoît Emsalem with whom we share the same vision, values ​​and common ambition.
