FSI completed the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Lynx from Matteo Moretti and Federico Moretti.

FSI, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Lynx, an Italian provider of system integration, from Matteo Moretti and Federico Moretti, founders and majority shareholders of Lynx. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The partnership with FSI represents a milestone for Lynx. With the additional financial resources and support from FSI we will be able to boost our growth strategy by partnering with other IT companies that believe in this project.
