IK Partners-backed Klingel to acquire Ruetschi.

IK Partners-backed Klingel, a metal processing company in Pforzheim, Germany, agreed to acquire Ruetschi, a contract manufacturer for medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ruetschi is the perfect complement for our growing MedTech platform in Europe. The combination does not only add further manufacturing capabilities to Klingel’s offering, but also brings leading MedTech customers to the group. We look forward to continuing the journey and grow stronger and larger together with Ruetschi," Ralf Petrawitz, Klingel CEO.
