SNEF completed the acquisition of ACM from Bpifrance and Intuitis.

SNEF, an industrial family group, completed the acquisition of ACM, a provider of pressure equipment for complex environments, from Bpifrance, a provider of human resources consulting services, and Intuitis, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
