Regal Rexnord completed the acquisition of Arrowhead Systems for $297m.

Regal Rexnord, a provider of engineering and manufacturing of industrial powertrain solutions, completed the acquisition of Arrowhead Systems, a provider of industrial process automation solutions, for $297m.
