S&S Activewear completed the acquisition of TSC Apparel from CenterGate Capital.

S&S Activewear, a wholesaler of imprintable apparel and accessories, completed the acquisition of TSC Apparel, a B2B distributor of imprintable apparel products and accessories from CenterGate Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The collective efforts of the TSC management team, our strategic partners, and CenterGate have resulted in a differentiated platform well positioned to continue to deliver greater value to its customers.
