GlobalConnect, a provider of fiber-based data communication and data center services, agreed to acquire Open Universe, a communications operator, from Telenor Sweden, a multinational telecommunications company, for $334m. Our ambition is for customers to have a superior experience with us, not least those who have all services via Telenor.
