Livingbridge to acquire Waste Services Group from The Riverside Company and The Silverfern Group.

Livingbridge, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Waste Services Group, a provider of waste collection services intended for the commercial and industrial sectors, from The Riverside Company and The Silverfern Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Waste Services Group is a national waste manager with about 6k corporate clients across industries including education, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and logistics. It provides collections and advisory services, with a weighting towards customers in NSW and Victoria. It competes with sector heavyweights Cleanaway Waste Management, Veolia and Suez, as well as smaller operators.
