Sponsor Capital to invest in Fresh Servant.

Sponsor Capital, a private equity investment group, agreed to invest in Fresh Servant, a provider of consumer-packaged salads. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There is a strong welfare and food boom in Finland, but unfortunately for many, healthy and fresh food is still not a matter of course. After all, the ingredients in traditional ready-to-eat foods are often processed during the manufacturing process and heated many times before they end up in front of the diner's nose. We only use fresh vegetables and other raw materials in our products," Sami Haapasalmi, Fresh Servant CEO.
