Talde and KCE to acquire Cacesa.

Talde, a private equity investment firm, and Kaizaharra Corporación Empresarial, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Cacesa, a provider of cargo logistics and freight services. Financial terms were not disclosed. In this way, Cacesa has become a key strategic ally in the logistics chain of cross-border e-tailers or electronic consolidators, ensuring effective compliance with the commercial commitments made towards the end customer. The incorporation of Talde and KCE, in addition to consolidating the strong growth experienced in recent years, the company intends to promote its strategic plan by undertaking an ambitious international expansion plan under which delegations are planned to be opened in the main logistics hubs with its customers.
