MDIF-backed Pluralis, an impact investment vehicle, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in Gremi Media, a Poland-based company, engages in offering economic and business press and an Internet portfolio, from KCI, a developer company, for $23m. “MDIF is delighted to join such a diverse group of investors in Pluralis, all of whom value the importance of media pluralism and independence.
