Adenia and Proparco completed the acquisition of Overseas Catering Services.

Adenia and Proparco, private equity firms, completed the acquisition of Overseas Catering Services, a corporate catering and related services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to open our Morocco office and establish our presence in the country with the acquisition of OCS.
