Avista-backed Vision Healthcare to acquire Vitamaze.

Avista-backed Vision Healthcare, an operator of consumer healthcare company, agreed to acquire Vitamaze, a manufacturer and retailer of nutritional supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed.
