Babilou to acquire Doudou Crèches.

Babilou, a French nurseries operator, agreed to acquire Doudou Crèches, a French company in the private childcare market. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled about Doudou Crèches joining the Babilou Family which is a good home for the children, families and professionals in our micro nurseries.
