Perwyn and SilverTree completed the acquisition of SALESmanago.

Perwyn, a private equity firm, and SilverTree, a software and technology focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of SALESmanago, an AI powered omnichannel marketing platform for eCommerce business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We founded SALESmanago in 2012 with the ambition to deliver a world-class customer data platform.
