Transportation Insight, a provider of non-asset, tech-enabled logistics and freight brokerage solutions, agreed to acquire SwanLeap, a transportation management software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition accelerates our existing technology development pipeline by two-to-three years.
