Tier Mobility completed the acquisition of Vento Mobility from Wind Mobility.

Tier Mobility, an European micro-mobility operator, completed the acquisition of Vento Mobility, an Italian micro-mobility operator, from Wind Mobility. Financial terms were not disclosed.
