Hackman Capital Partners and Square Mile Capital to acquire Wardpark Film and Television Studios.

Hackman Capital Partners, a privately-held real estate investment and operating company, and Square Mile Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Wardpark Film and Television Studios, a preeminent studio campus.
