Foresco Group to acquire Corpack for $16m.

Foresco Group, a provider of industrial packaging services in Belgium, agreed to acquire Corpack, a cosmetic packaging company, for $16m. The acquisition provides the opportunity to now also offer these products to Corpack's customers. After all, many companies that use corrugated cardboard require a combination of cardboard and pallet. Both players profile themselves equally in their own market – reliable, flexible, sustainable.
