Charlois completed the acquisition of Doreau Group.

Charlois, a provider of oak cooperage for fine wines, completed the acquisition of Doreau Group, a barrel supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Motivated by Thierry Doreau’s desire to preserve the activities of the Doreau Group of which he is the founder, this transaction allows him to open a new chapter and to pass on his knowledge and heritage," Charlois.
