Southwire to acquire OBI Partners.

Southwire, a developer, manufacturer and supplier of building wire and utility cable, agreed to acquire OBI Partners, a provider of operational business intelligence solutions, services, and consulting for the electric and gas utility industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely excited to welcome OBI Partners to the Southwire family.
