Credit to acquire Radio Rentals from Thorn Group for $43m.

Credit, a firm that operates in the distressed consumer debt market, agreed to acquire Radio Rentals, a provider of rental services for home appliance products, from Thorn Group, an operator in the household goods rental market in Australia, for $43m. “Credit Corp provides the cheapest and most sustainable finance to the Australian credit impaired consumer market and our entry into this new segment will be consistent with that approach," Thomas Beregi, Credit CEO.
