IK Partners completed the acquisition of Renta Group from Intera Partners.

IK Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Renta Group, a construction-machinery and equipment-rental company, from Intera Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to be partnering with Kari and the team at Renta Group in the next step of their journey.
