Sole Source Capital to acquire Seneca Label.

Sole Source Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Seneca Label, an Ohio corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing, printing and selling paper, synthetic and film labels as well as complementary products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
