ATTAL Group to acquire Tempor and Intelliform.

ATTAL Group, a firm engaged in the management of administration services, agreed to acquire Tempor, an employment agency, and Intelliform, an accredited firm for employment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been on the market for over 20 years and today we are very proud to restart even stronger, thanks to the wealth of skills and resources represented by Tempor and Intelliform. As in previous successful experiences, we will be able to better integrate the different realities of the group, enhancing the differences for an increasingly complete and qualified offer of services for work for those who come to our branches every day," Nicoletta Spina, Attal Group Corporate Manager.
