xFarm completed a merger with Farm Technologies to form xFarm Technologies, a company specialized in developing digital platforms to support the agronomic management of farms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been collaborating with Farm Technologies for four years, and I think that the high level of complementarity between our two companies will allow us to offer services of unique variety and performance in the market.
