Spectrum Equity-backed Bitly, a link management company, completed the acquisition of Egoditor, a company which offers software for QR code scanning & generating and mobile marketing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited about the acquisition because it elevates the company to another level. This is giving us a foundation to start offering new products and solutions, where we move from a single product to multiple products.
