BV Investment to acquire EMS|MC from Copeley Capital.

BV Investment, a sector-focused private equity firm, agreed to acquire EMS Management & Consultants, a revenue cycle management provider to emergency medical service providers, from Copeley Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our partnership with Copeley Capital has been outstanding.
