Aurora Capital-backed Randall-Reilly, a B2B data and analytics platform in transportation, construction, agriculture, and other industrial markets, completed the acquisition of asset intelligence business unit from Informa, a provider of business intelligence and academic publishing services. Financial tersms were not disclosed.
