DPI-backed Dolido to acquire Mouka from Actis for $60m.

DPI-backed Dolido, a manufacturer and distributor of mattress products, agreed to acquire Mouka, a foam mattress manufacturer, from Actis, a private equity firm, for $60m. “Today’s announcement represents an important milestone for our company and creates a regional champion in North and West Africa well placed to serve the fast growing African market.
