Kilsaran completed the acquisition of Oran Precast.

Kilsaran, a supplier of innovative concrete products, completed the acquisition of Oran Precast, a Galway based precast company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment by Kilsaran allows us to provide a complete precast solution for our customers and comes at a time when there is a significant shift in the construction market towards offsite construction.
